By accessing and using the Seble Traditional Spa website and booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Bookings & Appointments
All appointments are subject to availability. A booking request submitted through our site is a request, not a confirmed reservation, until you receive confirmation from our team. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or repeated no-shows, may be subject to a fee at our discretion.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Where a service is marked 'Call for Pricing,' the final cost will be confirmed with our team at the time of booking. Payment is collected at the spa unless otherwise arranged.
Health & Safety
Please inform our therapists of any medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancies prior to treatment. Some services may not be suitable for all guests. We reserve the right to refuse or modify a treatment in the interest of your wellbeing.
Conduct
We are committed to a restful, respectful environment for all guests and staff. Disruptive, abusive, or unlawful behavior may result in the immediate termination of your service and removal from the premises without refund.
Liability
Seble Traditional Spa is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website and services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
